Hi. I am avoiding doing some computer work so I decided to randomly read LJ postings. You're the first random posting I've checked out and to my surprise, you live in Singapore!
I live in Seattle, Washington. I lived in Singapore for one year (1997-the year of the "haze") while I worked for the Pan Pacific Hotels & Resorts.
There are a lot of things I miss about Singapore. My friend, Belinda, especially. But also the people, the weather, the food, and living in a different culture.
Eh.. I don't think its 30 degrees YET. Heh. But it certainly feels like it. The woes of living in a counrty just above the equator. The food here is great isn't it?
Gosh, the haze of 1997 was quite bad, but I didn't remember too much about it, except for the minor bout of panic everyone was in. D:
