 Things to do (with no particular time frame, but more or less in order) for school!

• Victorian Novel presentation
• Research for JS paper, 19C paper, Romanticism paper, 20th C paper (note: more or less narrowed down, if not settled on questions to attempt)
• Return library books so that I can borrow a shitload of new ones.
• 2 USS essays (need to check how many more I need + how many I've done)
• Essay on Eco-Centrism
• Draft for Takarazuka essay (not as fun as it sounds, trust me but if I finish this, the final paper will be done too) (17 Oct) Part on Gendered Consumption done! Yay!
• USS write-up for 22nd October
• Study for Romanticism midterm
• Study for 20th Century midterm (16 Oct)
• 19th Century term paper (Due 21 Oct)  [about 800 more words! and I'm done]
• Presentation for Gender Bending in Gender Sexuality Class (20 Oct)
• Uploaded SEP application
•  
USS final paper (of which I still don't know how I'm supposed to write it :\) (Due first week of exams)
• JS final paper (Due 4 Nov)
• Romanticism term paper (Due end of week 12 )  (CURRENTLY DOING) (JOY OF JOYS IT IS DONE.)
• 20th Century term paper (Due 14 Nov)
• Study for 19th C Test (11 Nov)
• Study for Romanticism Test (10 Nov)
• Ethics 3rd paper (due 31st October) (JUST STARTED D: )
• Ethics+Environment presentation on Meng Tze and Vegetarianism (12 Nov)

• Re-write Transport module write-up
• Draft letter to CTHY, and GRMPNE. Probably ESPNDE too.
• Get C to upload the minutes/or send me an e-mail of the minutes so I can upload 'em. Would prefer the former.

Circa 11 October 2008: List is very slowly dwindling. But I should be glad that it's dwindling.

Circa 13 October: Done with HOOKED stuff. I concentrate on my grades right now. Urgh, all the essays.

Circa 20 October: Now its papers and papers and papers. God!

Circa 23 October: D: WTF WHY IS MY LIST INCREASING?

Circa 6 Novemeber : JOY OF JOYS. Essays are slowly decreasing. I am extremely worried for my Romanticism essay, because I do want Dr A to think well of me (that I'm not a total retard) and hope to get at least an A- for my horrible essay? I mean, one can hope. If it' anything like (the calibre, I mean) my Shakespeare essay of last semester, I should get around an A-. /endrant

New To-Do List (Starting 26 November)

General To-Do

1.  Apply for the GWU-USP Twin-City Dialogue Series 2009 (deadline: 4 December)  Decided not to apply because I remembered that I need to get a laptop (for school, and for Japan) and that's going to cost money.
2. Collect 19thC test paper (Collect at CDTL on Tuesday, certify certificates -JLPT, A Level -  as true copies too)
3. Collect 20th C essay
4. FIND MY JLPT RESULT SLIIIIIIIIP. Well okay, it's not very important -- I still need the CoP from Mizusaki-sensei but still~~
5. Settled HOOKED things. Chase article submissions (2nd week of December); settle marketing details (2-3rd week of December)
6. CANCEL FIGURE PRE-ORDERS. ;_____; I don't want to, though.
7. Sort out old CDs and sell them/give them away
8. Decide which figures to sell
9. SELL MY OLD TOYS (zomg. I don't play with Pinky Sts anymore sadness) and maybe um pokemon cards?
10. Backup hard-disk by this weekend

1. Accept internal SEP offer (27 Nov, 9:30am)
2. LETTER OF UNDERTAKING!!! (deadline: 1 December, hardcopy)
3. Scan financial statement thingum for NASA
4. Original NUS Transcript (NUS will have printed it!)
5. Copy of 'A' level certificate (certified true copy) - (2 Dec)
6. Photocopy pasport particulars page (To be done by 6 Dec)
7. e-mail Mr Nerney details for letter; collect letter (should be done by 13 Dec?)
8. Certification of Financial Resource (applied at the bank, should be in the mailbox by Monday)
9. 2 letters of recommendation (e-mail professors/lecturers by Friday);
10. e-mail Prof Chin details for letter; REMIND PROF CHIN THAT I NEED THE LETTER!; collect letter (COLLECT ON 22nd!)

6. Personal History (a.k.a C.V.) (Write by 13 Dec)
7. Proof of Japanese Language Proficiency (JLPT + Bunka) (Ask on14 Dec, get it by 21 Dec)
8. Statement of Financial Resources (probably the same as NUS's required one) (Remind mum 6 Dec)
9. Bank Balance Cert (??) (remind mum 6 Dec)
10. Agreement for Defraying Expenses (do by 15 Dec)
11. Certificate of Enrollment issued by NUS (NUS will settle)
12. Two letters of recommendation (same as NUS requirement)

I need to plan my time properly to make sure I get the application and paperwork done on time!

As of  12 Dec: Little more paperwork to collect. I wish IRO/people in charge would get back to me faster. Sent off a few reminder e-mails.

As of 15 Dec: Technically 5 more items to complete and my application will be ready.
