RECOMMEND ME BOOKS TO READ! NOW!

I've got a whole list myself but if anyone happens to recommend the same book that on my list - I shall have to read that.

(Psst, and don't recommend me Murakami Haruki stuff. I've read nearly all of it except for his first two novels. And Birthday Stories, which really isn't by him.)

BOOKS!

D'you think Bishan Library has a decent amount of readable things?

George RR Martin's Song of Ice and Fire if you think that LotR is disgustingly twee! So long as you don't get grossed out easily.

John Collier short stories if you like your humour dry (and if you have no patience for novels). Also, his sentence structures are wonderful. Can admire them - they gots de rhythm

Elizabeth Wurtzel's Prozac Nation is a fun autobiographical account of a Harvard JAPpie who had depression - though don't read her next two books though, drugs fucked up her writing.

George RR Martinnnnn!

Read The Time Traveller's Wife! I'm still in the midst of it, but it's really good! Sad though!
