I think, since I'm sticking to Byousoku 5cm, I'm thinking of comparing it to Voices of A Distant Star or The Place Promised in Our Early Days, both by Makoto Shinkai.

Yeah, I'm a Shinkai fangirl... I'm probably going to do a nice writeup on the three films on Tachikomatic Days when I actually have the time.
