But Mr Russell! If they were your beliefs (or anyone's own beliefs for that matter), wouldn't they be right? I don't think I'm carrying my point across effectively but do you know what I mean? If you believed in them, there would be at least a large percentage that you would think that it's right! Then again, I'm not delving too deeply into this point to make a good argument.
Hello Gotan Project, I love you alot! I have a feeling Rachel Koh posted a few songs on her blog before but I never really got around to listening to them. They've got nice atmospheric music that makes me want to grab a margarita (however you want to spell it says the dyslexic person) and curl up in a ball.
Anyway, I'm going to the Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra Concert with Sim in March for the Mosaic Music Festival!! This is one concert I'm willing to spend on. I might regret not going to the Fall Out Boy concert but not going to TSPO would mean me slitting my wrists and crying bloody murder. OMG. Yo La Tengo and the Duke Ellington Orchestra are coming too!
And hey lookit! There's my old saxophone tutor of a few months in 2005!
2007 seems to be a rockin' year for me and my wallet. I want to go for so many of these concerts but at $40 a pop for each, I think I'll just limit myself to TSPO (because who knows when they'll show up in Singapore again) and perhaps the Duke Ellington Orchestra.Still, I'd like to show my face at the Tim O'Dwyer gig and see if he remembers the rockin' baritone saxophonist he used to teach briefly.
