MY RESULTS ARE SO BAD THAT I DON'T WANT TO TALK ABOUT THEM.
I only pray that my Literature and General Paper will save me from the abyss I've fallen in. Good Lord. What good did all the studying do for me? :(
Ol' Fahy made me a very happy girl on Monday during the Brave New World tutorial. Nearing the end of the lesson, while trying to show us some examples on witty irony, he started, "I am devoid of all prejudices..." We all know what comes after that don't we? That's one of my LJ icons. So I continued, "I hate you all equally" at the same time as he did. <3 His lessons always make me feel smart. Yei. :3
I have the lethal fallacy of having a stubborn superiority complex. Yes, I feel inferior for most parts of my life, but I do have an underlying part of me that always feels infinitely superior. I look down on people, I admit. I never ever can say that I am not as good as someone else, especially if I have knowledge about their background (e.g where they come from, my stereotyping). My pride is my weapon, as well as the number one accessory to my own death.
Off to do my history outline and watch The Practice. Yes, watch The Practice. Narindar begged us to watch some quote-unquote 'good law shows', and referred to the said drama again and again. This is perhaps the first time I've ever seen a teacher begging us to watch TV. <3 Well. Watch me get my straight As after 9 weeks baby.
EDIT: .... Narindar got it all wrong. There isn't The Practice tonite.
