When you lose the feeling in your lips

spiderpigGraaaaaawwwwwh. Band practice today was hell. My lips are numb from the pressure I put on them. And my arm aches for no apparent reason. I feel so tortured. There's a stupid Parents Meeting thing on Friday and we have play 3 songs to welcome the parents in. I mean, for heaven's sake, these Singaporean parents come for this meeting specifically to talk about their child's progress in school and academic related topics. They don't give a damn about the school band, or choir, or string orchestra or other performing arts groups!! They are SINGAPOREANS. We are academic-oriented people, we don't care about the child's spiritual development. We want our kids to grow up, get into a University and earn loads of cash to support us when we're old. And this is why, I'm suffering in this melting-pot. Don't ever send your children here.
We learnt Motion with Variable Velocity and Accelaration under Differentiation today, and for once I was the fastest person in class to complete everything. Everyone else was going "huhhhh? I don't understand...". :D *ego-boost* Even my teacher was shocked.
Me: Erm, Mrs Koh. I've finished everything but question 14c. How do you do that?
MK: WHAT?! I haven't even gone through 9! Wait a minute okay?
Me: ... >.>
I'm supposedly one of the weaker pupils in math, and for me to be so fast and CORRECT XD, I don't blame her for being shocked. Though I was a bit insulted at first. :\ Same goes for my Higher Chinese teacher. She started to tell us what grade we should get, and when she got to me, she paused and said, "You should get a B." Everyone else in my class was told to get an A. I am underestimated!!! Well, it is HIGHER chinese and since I suck at normal Chinese, I shan't worry about her. Bah to her. I'm going to get an A and shove it in her face. *whistles*
'Was talking to Cheryl about what weird dreams we've had so far, and it seems that my mind is rather...disturbed. I seemed to be getting chased around in my dreams, I mean NIGHTMARES. I dreamt that I was possessed just the other night, and when I was 3, I dreamt that I was in a Chinese temple and that there were lion demons chasing me around. >.>
The one week spring break is coming after next week. I CAN'T WAIT.
Actually, I can. We've got extra lessons from Monday to Wednesday. I want to go out and watch Big Fish. :( I wish I was super smart and didn't have to go for those lessons.

Heheheh, our spring break is early, but its really just a trick to fool us. We have to go back for lessons and extra stuff. That equals no spring break. At least for us. And its only 1 week. :(

oh yeah, our spring break is one week too but in early april this year.
