Of course, one needs to excel not only in the academic but non-academic areas. But my response is 'WTF'?! What's the whole point of this? I personally think that this will sort-of promote elitism again. :\

On a random note (because I'm oh-so-famous for being random), I'm sure faithful readers will know that "200 girls in a car boot" is a creation of mine (TRADEMARK! REGISTERED! TO ME!) and I was just thinking about it. Y'know, randomly. I was just musing about how cool it'd be if I had a band. I'd definitely call it "200 girls in a car boot". MM.
