JC student w3wt
Mar. 22nd, 2005 08:14 pmAfter three months of non-academic pursuits, A. Tan has finally been thrown back to the wolves. Yes, that's right. She's going back to school!
Due to "valid reasons" she is not attending a top 5 JC, but is going to CJC ("HEY CJC ARTS IS GOOD ALRIGHT?!") to further her studies in the Arts Faculty.
Tentatively, her subject combination will be Literature, History, Economics and Art/Math in addition to the mandatoryomfgmyfavword subjects of the General Paper and Mother Tongue. She is hoping not to do Mother Tongue because OMFG I'M A HIGHER CHINESE STUDENT I DON'T NEED IT because she'll have more time to study her other subjects (read: lazy).
Even though co-ciricular activitites are no longer compulsory for local universities, A. Tan is considering to once again be a saxophonist in the band (cue exclaimations of wonder), and would like to take part in canoeing (EHHH!??!), bowling, soccer, photography, debating, economics society, drama, publications, history society and the writer's circle.
Of course these are just for show and she'll probably just not go to them anyway.X3 However, she will be setting up a Japanese Cultural Appreciation club if there are enough participants. (It is actually a secret plot of brainwash the members into reading DoD and Lapis Aquae.)
Currently, she is excited about sleeping in class, getting harrassed by teachers about her dubious hair colour, running around the campus with her friends, sleeping in class, uh, did I mention sleeping in class? This will also be her first time being in close proximity with the male species.
That's it for the update!
