I'm not going to start on band. It was freakingly repetetive. I don't see how I can wake up at 6 tomorrow just to go perform for the stupid sec 1 parents. *frowns*

On a happier note, I FINALLY SAW ROTK!! With Cheryl!!!

Although some parts didn't really coincide with the book (to the best of my knowledge), I must declare that Peter Jackson is a bloody genius. I especially liked the way he retold the killing of Deagol. I mean, in my mind, I pictured Smeagol killing ol' D quick, but there was this huge struggle and fight. Though, I'm not surprised that they fought over it... After all, it is a pretty ring.

*ahem* Speaking of pretty, I'm very very disappointed with myself. :( I was a firm disliker of our pretty Elf Legolas because of his braids and nice, perfect blonde hair. Unfortunately, seeing him at the end of the film in that sexay blue-white suit with long sleeves... Mmmm. Elf-goodness. I have lost my heart to the Elf in the blue suit. XDXD He's such an attention grabber *scene of Lego jumping up the Oliphant comes to mind*

The whole theater was laughing at everything Gimli said or did, which was weird, because not everything he did was funny. >.> Gandalf kicks ass though.

Hmmm. About the plot, some important and rather humorous parts were missing. Like after the War of the Ring, Saruman was supposed to be at The Shire causing a bit of trouble. They didn't show that part, which is sad, because I'd like to see the Hobbits in action again. However, Aragorn's huge kiss with Arwen before that made me quite happy.

OH. The Battle at Pelannor (sp) Fields was...umatched. If you thought the Battle at Helms' Deep was awe-inspiring, this beats it hands down. 6000 against...God knows how many Orcs, Trolls, Men and Oliphants. Not forgetting the Nazgul. Eowyn is my hero. The way she sliced the Witch King's stead's head off and said, "I am not a man *whips off helmet*, I am a woman." <3<3<3 Eowyn love. SPEAKING OF EOWYN!!! THEY DIDN'T SHOW EOWYN x FARAMIR during the movie much! Except for a brief moment at Aragorn's coronation. Aww.... But then again, the film would have never ended. XP

The movie would have been 100% enjoyable IF I hadn't been sitting next to two irritating boys. They kept on making inane remarks throughout the whole movie, and when it was supposed to be a sad moment, they were laughing. Ok, I know guys are supposed to be stupid and senseless, but that was too much. They had this annoying habit of thumping the seats too. I swear I nearly throttled them, but only didn't bother because I didn't want the whole cinema after me for interrupting the movie. I said very loudly, nearing the end of the film, "I'm going to whack them when this ends." And before the credits rolled, they ran out. :( Aww. Sadness. Seriously, they were there to just waste their money and gossip during the movie.

I'm going to go harrass Jack now. :x And I thus will leave you with my parting words of the day, "Hobbits are gay."
