OSAKA CHOUJIN NO RAN
Aug. 18th, 2007 02:00 amThat's a random line from one of the Japanese ads I've been catching on broadband TV a lot. That and the Vexille trailers - which really make me want to watch it.
I've been really busy the past few days with Welcome Teas and meetings and piles of work towering around me and I've got my Jazz Band auditions tomorrow (ZOMG) morning so I need sleep D:
So basically, more detailed updates will come tomorrow.
In the meantime, satisfy yourselves with these tidbits: as of now, I'm part of HOOKED as a journalist (hurrah, my first article will come out soon, and next month I'm covering a gaming event!); I'm probably going to be a sleeper-member of the NUS Anime and Comics Club; a slightly more active member of the Japanese Studies Club (:D I made a Japanese friend!); I have a 'slike really a lot of work to do, like project-readings (WHAT THE-- THREE BOOKS?!?!), mandatory readings and writing assignments; I borrowed my baritone saxophone for tomorrow's audition.
After being in EXCO for like nearly 5 years, I think I'll take a break from responsibility and let myelf ease into schoolwork and stuff first, since I'm aiming for insanely good grades and all. I'll probably run for committee positions next time round when I get more friends, and have more time to actually decide things.
Ooh. There's like, a whole infomentary on the production of Vexille! It's interesting stuff. There are some flashes of the Matrix and FFAC that I get from the movie.
kajs;das sleep.
