Nov. 29th, 2006 12:41 amHey thar folks, I had an awesome time finding out that IKEA was not opened. In fact, it'll only be open on my birthday. To my chargin, my dad "Ha ha ha"-ed at me and told me to go there on Thursday and see if they'll give me a discount. XD RIght.
So anyway, this spiderpig has been cramming kanji readings and alternate readings into her head, in addition to vocabulary; so much that I actually chucked a file into my iPod that allows me to revise all the stipulated vocabulary I need to learn by Sunday.
You can tell that I'm not really prepared.
I'm sorta regretting not getting some chinese guidebooks on Japan during the storewide 20%off. But there's always another 20%off day that I can exploit my Kinokuniya card with. >D Besides, it's too early to plan where all the good eats and sights are. .... Or is it? Taiwan rocks with their frequently updated magazines like WOW. <3 HEY WESTERN SPEAKING WORLD? I WANT MY ENGLISH VERSIONS. D:
Yes. Okay. Tomorrow is BooksActually day! :D I really want and need to get a weekly journal, preferably of the moleskine or ciak kind, but argh, nearly $30 for one? I'm severely and I mean severely out of cash now and I can't afford any at the moment.I am so obsessive!
I hope my potential job gets through. Tomorrow is make or break day when I get to know what I'll be doing or not doing next year.
