hey baby, let's start the revolution
Sep. 5th, 2006 11:22 pmAnd hullo again my loyal fans! Here's the next installment of "Education's Crack".

No, I'm not insinuating anything by calling the file "Dances with Wolvse, I mean Wolves.
I was supposed to hitch a ride with my mum, to school today for the extra Handmaid's Tale and Blake tutorials. But we discovered, to my dismay that my mum's car-tyre/tire had a bloody nail in it. So I took a bus to school and ended up being 40 minutes late. XD() Apparently like Mich laughed out loud (LOL LOL LOL) when she saw my message about telling JTan that I had a punctured tire. I'm curious to see how JTan responded.
Rode in Alvan's car today! >D AWESOME! He drove us to Thompson Plaza where we had an okay lunch (WOAH SAMBAL FRIED RICE LIKE WOAH!) and wandered around like the shops. D: Quite a waste of time, since like I have a GMUFC dinner on Friday but oh well.
I ought to be studying harder but there's only so much you can do in 24 hours and for 10 hours you're sleeping. :D() So yeah, I'm trying toprofit maximize my 14 hours left by not going to the toilet too much or eating too much but WE ALL KNOW THAT'S NOT WORKING.
I just pray that my memory will hold up for 5 straight days of pure mental obstacle courses. Good Lord.
Anyway, the brother of mine has been on a majorslacking muzak spree because his holidays do not require rigorous mental training. Hence he's either listening to music, watching trashy tv, or watching MTV. I wonder why I didn't categorize MTV under "trashy". But anyhoo, I've been tempted to hop down to the new Bishan Library to soak up whatever studying atmosphere they had left for me. But walking past there today just reminded me of the noisy and rather ill-conceived notion I had about libraries. With exception from the main NLB building, most libraries are hellholes for me. 1) Books all around. I'd get distracted. 2) Godsakes, I'd be surrounded by Generation Y - no doubt I'd start gossiping about them. 3) I'd have to wake up super early just to get a good spot.
As you can see, the third reason is my main deterent. Like my God, after sleeping at 3am I hardly want to get up early just to jostle for space in a library where I can't sit half-naked and munch liberally on whatever while I absorb porously over lovely texts. I was joking about the half-naked part.
I am disgressing and need to get back to the Origins of the Cold War, which is really my Achilles Heel of the lot.A lot that isn't much better off. I shall embark on vigorous highlighting (ah, the world must be dying from highlighter fumes) - after MaR 74 XDXDXD.
