spiderpig: (shookkuu!)
Actually, a lot of shit things have happened within these two short days at home. It's just that I can't be bothered to type much about them.

For one, I am not going to be able to sleep tonight due to the I-think-what-was-a-compliment from Mr Kurtz. Egads! A compliment! From Kurtz! I think I can almost die happy now. <3 And it was for that uber pretentious and awful prose piece I experimented with.

<3<3 Still! Kompliment!

In addition to that, I have been absolutely enamoured with A.S. Byatt's Possession and the lovely prose that it is. I'm halfway done with it and hopefully I can finish it soon, so that I don't have to mull over it during the Prelims.

I positively think my brain gets too muddled up sometimes. I was telling my mum how I was going to stay back for night study tomorrow - only to realize that I have Econs tuition in the afternoon and that I'd be too lazy to go all the way back to school just to study for three hours. I'd rather stay at home! I guess I'll clock in nightstudies on Tuesday, Wednesday and maybe Thursday.

But anyway, I can't believe I forgot about tuition! I devoted the whole afternoon to finishing two excellent essays on Market Failure for Mrs Neo! Well, I had to - since I spent the whole of Saturday dancing around coconut trees with Mao Ze Dong and Deng Xiao Ping. =A=

It's Monday tomorrow, which means that I have a week less to mentally and physically prepare myself for whatever pen and paper murder sprees I'll entail in November. Gosh. Time passes when you're not having fun.

Still! There's GP tomorrow! I want to sit in the backrow so desperately! Because apparently, I'm wanted there! LIKE WTF! X3 The demand's exceeding the supply here!

Which reminds me - I need to get the supplies for the SRF t-shirt for Mr Rajoo. And scout around for bowties for Mr Fahy (in addition to the awesome Irish beer we're getting him).

Ah well, it's late. I need to catch some shut-eye before tomorrow's (I actually mean today) academic adventure. Thus, I shall end off with "I love the way I code-switch" as a parting note.
