and i'm running on empty....
Aug. 5th, 2005 11:04 pmDespite being sick, I walked 9 rounds around the school track with Mrs Tan yelling at me "Swing your arms more!" and "You seem to have loss some weight, GOOD. KEEP IT UP." and "walk faster!!!!".... Oh Mrs Tan. You vex me so.
Today was like ehm, really weird because I snuck out of class during GP to meet Yen Hui. I was supposed to be doing my GP comprehension but I finished it in one hour so I pretended to go to the toilet and rushed down to accompany Yen to pass her senior something. My ulterior motive of going was NOT FUFILLED (oh the irony) but I got to spend some time with my good friend. :) I rushed up after she finished because I was afraid PChua would get suspicious and Yen went to the canteen. I received a missed call and LO AND BEHOLD. God is playing tricks on me. Because Yen found my Ulterior Motive in the canteen. :\ Oh well, I saw the Ulterior Motive later before Econs so all is good.
Mr Tan's such a adorable teacher. Adorable in an elderly sense, like the grandfather I never had. I was telling the class how we should petition for a pay-rise for him. He's a total dunce in class-situations where he can't control us but his patience is understated when it comes to remedial sessions. If I were him, I'd die explaining all the concepts to a retard like me. We do hope he gets a nice fat bonus, as with Narindar.
The J2s have their GP mock tomorrow (good luck!) and I'll be having band, then a huge exco briefing with Sir. I think I'd better bring my notebook because my brain alone wouldn't be able to take the looming information overload. Hey Marc, don't be so cynical larh. Complain about the SBS bus services and MRT services but haha, don't dislike librarian-ing.
My brother just told me that I should go work for the National Library Board. YEAH THANKS VERY MUCH. I'm making him buy me a new wallet when he goes to Thailand next Sunday (boohoo, no brother for 10 days). He's appalled that I want a 'mens' wallet' as he calls it. Shut up.
:( I haven't groped anyone for so long. My hands are itchy.

I feel rather inspired after receiving my history assignment results. My Cold War essays received a C (compared to the persistend Fs, AOs and spordiac Es) and Narindar commended my high analytical skills for most of the essay. yay. My SEA, like I mentioned earlier also garnered a nice C. I might actually be able to do well for my Promos! I can't slacken though.
Is someone getting the best the best the best of you?
I need help in Economics. :( Someone teach me NOT to memorise the content. Argh. Anyway, crapload of work to do within a short span of time. I'd better get started. Saturday will be devoted to band and buying Nana's present, and Sunday afternoon will be spent at Seoul Garden celebrating Nana's birthday. :x
