Why kids?
Life for most of us starts in the night. Be it rushing to complete assignments melded out by your boss, typicalpubclub-crawling, projects from school, or God-forbid studying, life only begins after 10pm. It ends... around never. What's worse is that we have to get up for work or school the next morning. Rat-race certainly, this is.
Okay, I need to normal by IJ-girl standards (woah there, stereotyping!) and have a materialistic line here:
I WANT MODEL FIGURINES FOR MY BIRTHDAY.
It was just a joke y'know.
I was surfing around and egads I found something that I didn't want to see here. MILTON OSBOURNE. I mean, it's a brilliant book on SEA and a staple of my History course but not something I want to see just a week away from the exams. Ugh. Milton Osbourne.
Speaking about inter-culture-ism (or whate'er its called), it's always amused and intrigued me how cyclic the whole fascination the East has with the West and vice-versa. We want to be like all those hip and hop Westerners with their artery-clogging food, while at the same time they can't get enough of our Orientalism.
Question on the radio: "What's women's mistake when wearing a bra?". I thought, '...wearing them?' Okay. So the answer is "wearing a too small bra". Now which guy seriously cares whether a woman wears a small bra or not wear one?
One of my pet peeves is being asked stupid questions like, "Oh you skipped school today? Your mum allows you to?"
...Well very good observation Watson! Would I be at home if she didn't? My God. It irritates me as much as questions like, "Oh you have cramps? Pain or not?" YAH LAH. Stupid.
This by no way means that I skipped school today ;DI am sick today. With gastric flu.
